I loved my stay in the Queen Room with City View. That view from the corner room at sunset was breathtaking. The rooftop bar had fantastic cocktails. I enjoyed every sip. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Kiara checked me in smoothly and helped me with a forgotten item at checkout. The location was perfect for nearby attractions. However, the A/C in my room didn’t cool properly. Even running it at full blast for hours didn’t help much. The parking was a bit inconvenient too, costing $30 per night, which I didn’t see initially. I expected more from the dining options. breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, with hardly any choices available in the morning. There were no vending machines, so I had to plan ahead for snacks. I also found the hall noise to be distracting at times, making it hard to sleep. Overall, a fun stay but definitely room for improvement on some services.
